Sometimes that means thinking through strategy. Sometimes it means sorting through options, preparing for a difficult conversation, or simply having someone outside the organization ask good questions.
My experience is especially useful to leaders in transportation, infrastructure, associations, and nonprofit organizations.

Leadership can be a lonely job. There are some things you simply can't talk through with your board, staff, colleagues, or friends.
I work one-on-one with executives who want a trusted, experienced person outside their organization to talk with regularly.
We might discuss a difficult decision, managing people, working with a board, handling change, planning what's next, or simply something that's keeping you up at night.
The conversation is shaped by what you need to work through.
My usual coaching arrangement runs for six months, with regular conversations and access to me between meetings when something comes up.
